This Metz price is flagrantly short and backing them cannot be recommended. Martigues may be humiliated here but there is no value in backing the favourites.

The hosts are thought to have a watertight win here but they are not a dead-cert. Metz have been unreliable from a betting point of view. They've lost 11 of their last 20 games as hosts. To add to their concerns, goals have been conspicuous by their absence. While they are facing a huge challenge there is still some logic in liking the chances for the visitors to come through this test at the big price.
